House of Localization

I didn’t plan to build a training program.

But after 20+ years in the localization industry, I knew something was missing.

So, I created it.

As a professional in the Localization industry, I’ve been working on both the vendor and the client side for nearly 25 years now. From the day I stepped into this — kind of niched — world I’ve been helping global companies structure their localization efforts and I’ve seen the difference it makes when teams have clarity, support, and the right tools.

My work combines deep industry insight with a passion for growth, simplicity, and human connection. That’s why I created House of Localization — a space for practical, business-aligned training in an AI-enabled world.

Watch the short video to hear my story, and what inspired me to actually build this training program.

In this short video, Louise, founder of House of Localization, shares her story and why she created the Global Growth Program.

So, what was missing?

When smart, capable people, in marketing, product, tech, and beyond suddenly are expected to manage translations, localization, LQA and AI-powered content workflows… without proper training, support, or a clear roadmap — something’s missing.

Most weren’t hired as localization experts. They just ended up responsible for it.

I’m here to change that — with clarity, practical strategy, and tools that make sense in the world of AI-driven localization management.

What I kept hearing — and what I was brought in to solve.

Across various industries — such as MedTech, manufacturing, surveillance, retail tech, digital health, HVAC, agriculture, software, and regulated industries — I’ve helped global teams navigate the complexity of multilingual documentation, content systems, and AI-driven workflows.

Despite the differences in industry, the challenges were often the same:
No ownership. No structure. No visibility.

The ones below aren’t just quotes.
They’re the problems I was called in to solve — and did.

Jan, Surveillance Industry

“We’ve got people referencing materials from other departments — and they don’t even know where to find them.”

Thomas,
VMS
Industry

“Today we get

bad quality translations — and we wonder why.”

Mark, MedTech Company

“This is the only company I’ve worked at that doesn’t have a localization department. I

was shocked.”

Thomas, MedTech Company

“Right now we simply do not know how much money we spend on translation.”

Slava,
MedTech Company

“We all feel

the pain of localization — but it’s like background noise. You live with it until it breaks something.”
