Welcome to House of Localization (operated by ProStrategy Sweden AB). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or enrolling in any of our training programs.

By accessing this site or purchasing a program, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Ownership and Use
This website is owned and operated by ProStrategy Sweden AB, under the public-facing brand "House of Localization." All program materials, videos, documentation, and associated content are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any of the materials—whether for personal use, training others, or commercial purposes—without written permission. Participants are granted a limited license to view and use materials exclusively for their own training within the duration of the program.
2. Program Structure
Each participant purchases a 3-month program package that includes access to ten (10) curated learning modules. These modules are designed for specific job roles and include a mix of structured sessions, micro-lessons, interactive elements, and a final knowledge check.

Participants also receive:
Access to group mentoring sessions
Up to 6 hours of individual coaching
A completion certificate
Option to take a final exam (additional fee)
Opportunity to participate in a live 2-day conference hosted twice per year
Programs begin upon purchase and must be completed within three (3) months. Up to four (4) modules may be exchanged within one (1) week of purchase.
3. Copyright & Trademarks
All course materials, videos, visual elements, frameworks (including "The HoL Way"), and instructional assets are copyrighted by ProStrategy Sweden AB and may not be copied or used outside the scope of the program.

Any external brand names or trademarks mentioned during learning modules (e.g., demotools or case studies) remain the property of their respective owners and are used purely for educational purposes. House of Localization does not represent or officially partner with any of these brands unless explicitly stated.
4. Prohibited Uses
By accessing this website or our learning platform, you agree not to:​
Share, record, or distribute any session or coaching content without written permission
Impersonate another participant or falsify identity
Upload harmful or infringing content
Disrupt the learning experience for others or misuse the platform in any way
Breach any local or international laws
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may lead to legal action.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Program Changes by House of Localization:
House of Localization reserves the right to adjust, postpone, or replace specific modules due todevelopment timelines or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will offer:
A substitute module of equal relevance
A short extension to the 3-month access period (if needed to accommodate the change)
Or credit toward future learning content
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, if House of Localization is unable to deliver a minimum of 10 modules within the 3-month access period, we will assess fair compensation in the form of program credit, extended access, or a partial refund—at our discretion.
Participant Cancellations:
All purchases are final. Registration fees are non-refundable, but your seat may be transferred to a colleague if written notice is provided within seven (7) days of purchase and before any course material has been accessed.

Programs begin upon purchase and are self-paced. Participants are granted three (3) months from the purchase date to complete the 10-module program. Failure to complete the program within this time frame does not entitle the participant to a refund or extension unless otherwise agreed in writing. Partial participation or inactivity does not qualify for refund or credit.
6. Payment Terms
To secure your place, payment must be completed upon registration. If payment is not received in a timely manner, your access may be suspended or revoked.
For international payments made via bank transfer, all transfer fees must be covered by the participant to ensure full invoice payment.
7. External Links
Our site or modules may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. House of Localization does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
8. Site Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Misuse or sharing of your personallogin is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
House of Localization (ProStrategy Sweden AB) provides this site and program content "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or its content.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Localization, its parent company ProStrategy Sweden AB, and all related personnel from any claims or liabilities resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.
11. Modifications
House of Localization reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of the site or platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Recording Policy
Recording, screen capturing, or rebroadcasting of any coaching session, mentoring event, or class material is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is granted. This policy is in place to ensure a safe, open, and respectful learning environment for all participants.
13. Subscription Model & Alumni Access
Following successful completion of the program, participants may be invited to join an optional subscription model designed to support continuous learning and alumni engagement.
Benefits mayinclude:
Access to new modules and updated lessons
Exclusiveinvitations to webinars like “L10n in20”, “L10n Hour”, and workshops like “L10nPower Hours"
Ongoing community discussions and resources via our alumni forum
Discounts on future programs, live events, or certification upgrades
Participation is entirely optional and available only to certified alumni. Subscription fees and terms will be shared separately at the end of the program.
